Return Policy

 Here at The Buckin' Palomino Boutique, our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

PLEASE make sure if you have any questions to always shoot us an email regarding, Orders, TAT, Return process, sizing questions, ETC. We strictly run everything through emails so nothing gets missed. (thebuckinpalominoboutique@gmail.com)

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only. You will receive a email, in the form of a gift card, with no expiration. Please allow up to 48 hours for your store credit to be processed and emailed to you.
  • The policy lasts 14 days from the date you make your purchase for Instock items. After the 14 days, we can not process a return. Preorder items you will have 3 days from delivery to contact us in regards of return. 
  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization/custom ordered is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • All Home decor items are FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • All Jewelry is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items MUST remain un-washed and unworn.
  • Please Include your original receipt so when we get items back we know who to contact in regards of return. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.. Customer is responsible to cover shipping fee's back to us if requesting a return.
  • Customer is also responsible for paying shipping fee if requesting an exchange. 
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

Exchanges:

Due to the constant inventory changes, not all exchange requests can be guaranteed!!!!

 

Can I cancel or change my order? : Once your order is placed, orders can CAN NOT be changed, modified or cancelled after checkout. We work hard to ship your order as soon as humanly possible. You are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our return policy.

 

Lost and Damaged Packages:

TBPB is not responsible for Lost, Damaged or stolen packages in the mail.

ONCE PACKAGE IS OUT OF OUR HANDS AND IN THE HANDS OF A POSTAL CARRIER WE HAVE NO CONTROL AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. 

If your package gets damaged, lost, or stolen you will need to file a claim with USPS/Contact your local post office to take further action.
